Acoustic and Asana is a collaboration between indie folk musician Georgina Dacheff and yoga teacher and energy healer Lauren Pilat. It is an immersive experience where live acoustic music meets the spacious stillness of yin yoga.
Each session offers a space to soften, listen and return to your breath. As Lauren guides a restorative yin sequence, Georgina offers a live soundscape of ethereal vocals, piano and guitar - intuitively woven into the flow of the practice.
This offering is about presence, connection and the gentle unravelling of tension through movement and music. There is no performance. No rush. Just space to rest.

Georgina Dacheff:
Is an Indie Folk artist based in Perth, Western Australia. With a sound rooted in vulnerability, warmth and poetic honesty, her music carries the imprint of lived experience - songs of becoming, remembering and returning. Weaving together acoustic sounds of piano, guitar and emotive vocals. Dacheff’s performances are soul-stirring and invite listeners into deep feeling and reflection.
Lauren Pilat:
Yoga teacher and energy healer based in Margaret River, Western Australia. Initially drawn to yoga as a path of self-discovery, her journey unfolded into a deep commitment of connection - with self, community, and culture. She honours yoga as a practice that extends far beyond the physical, embracing its Eastern wisdom as a pathway of mind, body and soul integration.
A journalist previously, Lauren now draws on her practices in Kinesiology; Neuro-Training; Reiki; and Yoga, to deliver a unique offering. Lauren’s warm, grounded presence invites a sense of safety and belonging. At Acoustic and Asana she offers gentle, inclusive yin yoga guided by breath and intention - creating space for stillness, embodiment and inner listening.
